HDBDK Selected by General Motors Corporation to Handle Seat Litigation Nationwide

DALLAS, May 24, 2007 - HDBDK has been selected by General Motors Corporation to handle GM’s seat litigation nationwide. Partners Kyle Dreyer and Wendy May will be in charge of this two year program, which begins June 1, 2007. The firm will be responsible for providing all outside counsel legal services associated with defending General Motors Corporation in front and rear seat assembly personal injury product litigation matters in the United States.
